There is no contact-based pricing on any plan. Your list growing does not change your bill; only sending and creating more does.
What the Volumes Mean
AI credits meter AI generation and media work, at $0.01 of underlying spend per credit, charged only on success. Generation charges actual usage, so a typical email generation on the Free plan’s 500 credits lands around 50 emails. The full contract, including which operations cost credits and which are free, lives in Credits. Email sends count delivered email across Emails, Automations, and transactional sends. Check both balances anytime withGET /v1/usage; both reset at the period boundary.
Sending domains are the domains you send from. Each needs DNS verification before it can send.
Brand workspaces are separate brands with their own design system, audiences, and content. Agencies and multi-brand teams size on this axis; see brand scoping for how keys scope to brands.
Moving Between Plans
Change plans any time in the app under Settings → Billing. Upgrades and downgrades apply from your next billing period. Enterprise adds custom volumes, migration support, and a dedicated account manager; it starts with a conversation at founders@brew.new. Running out mid-period does not break your flows. An empty balance rejects credit-metered calls up front, as a retryableINSUFFICIENT_CREDITS on the API. Nothing is charged for work that did not happen.
