Connect your HubSpot account to export emails created in Brew directly to your HubSpot Marketing Hub.

Connect

In Brew, go to Integrations and click the HubSpot card. You’ll be redirected to HubSpot to authorize the connection. Brew never sees your HubSpot password or API keys. After authorizing, you’ll be redirected back to Brew. The HubSpot integration shows as Connected.

Export a Template

After creating an email in Brew, click Send in the top right. Choose Export template, then select HubSpot as the destination. HubSpot only appears here once the integration is connected. Where It Lands

Your exported emails are saved in the Brew folder of HubSpot’s template picker. To find one:

1. In HubSpot, click More if it appears, then go to Marketing → Email.
2. Click Create email in the top right and select Regular.
3. In the template picker, click All templates in the left sidebar if you don’t see your email, then open the Brew folder.

From an Agent or Code

From an agent, export_email over MCP exports a design to HubSpot. From code, send POST /v1/emails/{emailId}/export with "provider": "hubspot". Connect HubSpot in the app first. Export is free. Pass dryRun: true to check the design and the connection without creating a template. A dry run doesn’t test whether HubSpot accepts the template: only a real export does. The template takes the email’s title unless you pass templateName (up to 100 characters), and the response returns its templateId. If an export fails, the error says why:

• INTEGRATION_NOT_CONNECTED: HubSpot isn’t connected to this brand. Connect it on the Integrations page.
• EXPORT_UNSUPPORTED: HubSpot rejected a field value it doesn’t support. Change the value and export again.
• EXPORT_PROVIDER_ERROR: HubSpot refused or failed the export. Check the connection and retry.

Troubleshooting

If an export says the content permission is missing, reconnect HubSpot from Integrations and approve every permission it asks for.

Requirements

• A HubSpot account with Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise. HubSpot needs that tier for custom email templates.
• Permission to authorize third-party app connections, including HubSpot’s content permission.
