Connect Slack to create, edit, and iterate on emails without leaving your workspace. Mention @brew in any channel or thread to start a conversation with your AI email assistant.

What You Can Do

  • Create emails from Slack - describe what you need and Brew generates it
  • Iterate in threads - each Slack thread becomes a chat session where you can refine the email collaboratively
  • Stay in your workflow - no need to switch between tools

Connecting Slack

1

Go to Integrations

Open the Integrations page from the sidebar in Brew.
2

Click Connect on Slack

Find Slack in the integrations list and click Connect. You’ll be redirected to Slack to authorize the connection.
3

Choose a workspace

Select the Slack workspace where you want to use Brew and grant the required permissions. This uses OAuth - Brew never sees your Slack password.

Using Brew in Slack

Once connected, mention @brew in any channel or thread:
  • @brew Create a welcome email for new signups
  • @brew Make the subject line shorter
  • @brew Add a CTA button that links to our pricing page
Each thread is a separate conversation. You can keep refining the email across multiple messages, just like chatting with Brew in the app.
Emails created via Slack appear in your Brew dashboard alongside all your other emails. You can continue editing them in the Brew app at any time.
