Connect your Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) account to export email templates created in Brew directly to your Brevo workspace. Perfect for marketing campaigns and transactional emails.

What You Can Do

  • Export email templates - Send your Brew-designed emails directly to Brevo
  • Select verified senders - Choose from your verified sender identities when exporting
  • Direct linking - Jump straight to your exported template in Brevo to continue editing

Setup Instructions

Open Integrations

Navigate to Integrations in your Brew dashboard from the sidebar.

Find Brevo

Locate the Brevo integration card and click Connect.

Go to SMTP & API Settings

In Brevo, navigate to your account settings and find SMTP & API.

Generate an API Key

Go to the API Keys tab and click Generate a new API key.
Copy the API key immediately — it won’t be shown again after you close the dialog.

Paste your API Key

Paste your newly created API key into Brew and click Connect.

Exporting a Template

Once connected, you can export any email to Brevo:
  1. Open the email you want to export in Brew
  2. Click the Send button in the top right
  3. Select the Export tab
  4. Choose Brevo as your destination
  5. Fill in the template details:
    • Template Name - How it will appear in Brevo
    • Sender - Select from your verified senders in Brevo
    • Subject - The email subject line
    • Preview Text - The preheader text (max 50 characters)
  6. Click Export
After exporting, you’ll see a success message with a link to view and edit the template in Brevo.
