  • Export emails to HubSpot - send any email created in Brew directly to your HubSpot Marketing Hub as a template
  • Use in HubSpot workflows - exported emails appear in HubSpot’s email editor, ready to use in campaigns and automations

Connecting HubSpot

Go to Integrations

Open the Integrations page from the sidebar in Brew.

Click Connect on HubSpot

Find HubSpot in the integrations list and click Connect. You’ll be redirected to HubSpot to authorize the connection.

Authorize access

Sign in to your HubSpot account and grant Brew permission to access your Marketing Hub. This uses OAuth - Brew never sees your HubSpot password.
You need a HubSpot account with Marketing Hub access. The free CRM plan does not include the email features required for this integration.

Exporting Emails

Once connected, you can export any email from Brew to HubSpot:

Create or open an email in Brew

Use Brew’s AI to generate a campaign, automation, or transactional email as usual.

Click Export and select HubSpot

In the email editor, click Export and choose HubSpot as the destination.

Find your email in HubSpot

In HubSpot, go to Marketing → Email, click Create email, select Regular, then choose Custom. Your exported emails are saved in a Brew folder.
Re-exporting an email updates the existing version in HubSpot rather than creating a duplicate.

Contact syncing from HubSpot is on our roadmap. Currently, the integration supports exporting email templates to HubSpot.
Yes. Go to the Integrations page, find HubSpot, and click Disconnect. Emails already exported to HubSpot will remain in your HubSpot account.
