Getting Started with Creation

Select your email type
From the Create page, use the tab above the prompt box to select the type of email you want to create:
- Campaign: One-time emails for newsletters, announcements, etc.
- Automation: Triggered sequences like welcome series or onboarding flows
- Transactional: Individual emails responding to specific user actions

Describe what you need
In the prompt field, describe the email or automation you want to create. The more specific you are about purpose, length, and content, the better your results will be.

Your default voice will be pre-selected, but you can change it for each creation.Voices ensure that emails are consistent & on-brand.

Select image style
Choose the image style that sets the visual aesthetic for any AI-generated images.

Generate your content
Click the
Submit
button to generate your email or automation.What happens next depends on your selection:- For Campaigns: You’ll be taken to the email editor to review and refine
- For Automations: You’ll see the automation builder with your email sequence
- For Transactional: You’ll set up event triggers and email content
