How Integration Syncing Works

When you connect an integration to Brew:
  1. Initial Sync: Existing contacts from your connected tool are imported to Brew
  2. Ongoing Updates: New contacts are automatically added as they’re created
  3. Property Mapping: Contact properties from your tool are mapped to Brew contact properties
  4. Subscription Groups: You can assign synced contacts to specific subscription groups

Setting Up an Integration

Navigate to Integrations

Go to Settings → Integrations in your Brew dashboard.

Select your integration

Choose the platform you want to connect from the available integrations.

Authenticate and configure

Follow the authentication flow and configure how contacts should be synced.

Map contact properties

Map fields from your connected tool to Brew contact properties.

Start syncing

Once configured, contacts will automatically sync to your Brew audience.
