## What Shipped

A dedicated Templates page. Open it from **Templates** in the sidebar and you get three tabs, Emails, Transactional, and Automations, plus a filter by brand. Click any template and remix it into your own brand with one click. Templates aren't just a browsing gallery either: you can forward your own emails in, and turn any email you've built into a reusable template.

## Browse and Remix

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Templates">
    Find it in the sidebar. Switch between the Emails, Transactional, and Automations tabs, and filter by brand to narrow the gallery.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Remix into Your Brand">
    Click a template you like and hit remix. Brew analyzes the layout and structure, then applies your brand identity, colors, fonts, logo, voice, and generates new content tailored to your prompt and audience.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Info>
  Remixing ignores your [reference email](/brand/reference-email) for that generation. The template you're remixing becomes the design baseline instead.
</Info>

## Forward Your Own Emails In

Forward any email to `hello@email.brew.new` and it lands in the **Forwarded** section of Templates, ready to remix.

<Tip>
  Forward from the same email address you use for Brew so it gets attributed to your account correctly.
</Tip>

Prefer to bring in HTML, Figma, or an image directly instead of forwarding? Use the canvas: open **Emails**, click **Import** in the toolbar, and choose your source. See [Importing Existing Designs](/create-emails/emails#importing-existing-designs).

## Save Your Emails as Templates

Any email you've built can become a template. Open the email, click the kebab menu in the top right, and select **Add to Templates**. It now shows up in your gallery, ready to reuse.

<Tip>
  Build an email, refine it until the design is exactly right, save it as a template, then set it as your [reference email](/brand/reference-email) from the Brand tab. That's the fastest way to lock in a design baseline for future generations.
</Tip>

## Privacy

Forwarded emails and saved templates are private to your team by default. Set a template to public if you want to share it with the broader Brew community for others to remix.
