# Framer Forms Start Your Emails

> Point a Framer form at Brew and every signup becomes a contact and starts your welcome automation. No Zapier step, no CSV exports.

  **Historical note · October 2026** · Describes Brew as of October 2026. For
  current behavior, see [Framer](/integrations/import/framer).

## What Shipped

A signup form on a Framer site used to stop at the form. Getting those
people into your email tool meant a Zapier step, or exporting a CSV and
importing it by hand. The welcome email went out late, or never.

Now a Framer form sends straight to Brew. Each submission adds the person as a
contact and starts your welcome automation, personalized with their name.

## How It Works

<Steps>
  <Step title="Connect Framer in Brew">
    Open **Integrations** and click **Framer**. Brew gives you a form webhook
    URL for your brand.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send the form to Brew">
    In Framer, set your form to send its submissions to a webhook, and paste
    the URL.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Publish a welcome automation">
    Build an automation on the **Form** trigger with a Send Email step. The
    next signup starts it.
  </Step>
</Steps>

Each submission carries `email`, `firstName`, `lastName`, and `location`.
Write `{{ firstName | there }}` in the email. Someone who skips the name
field still gets a clean greeting.

## Get Started

Connect Framer from **Integrations**. [Framer](/integrations/import/framer)
covers setup and the fields each submission carries.
